 Your Role
 
 
 
 As an
 
 HR Specialist
 
 , your primary focus will be on R
 
 etail recruitment and personnel administration
 
 to ensure smooth HR operations across our stores. You will play a key role in handling HR processes, supporting store personnel, and managing essential HR systems for our KSA operations.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead
 
 end-to-end recruitment
 
 for retail positions, ensuring timely hiring to support store operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage personnel activities for our retail teams, including onboarding, contracts, and employee documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate salary calculations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Administer and update employee records using
 
 Bayzat
 
 and other HR systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Process and manage employee-related requests through
 
 Qiwa, Mudad
 
 , and other KSA online government portals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with
 
 KSA labor laws
 
 and company policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support HR operational tasks, including employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a point of contact for store managers and employees regarding HR issues and queries.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 What You Need to Succeed
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 2-3 years of HR experience
 
 , preferably in
 
 retail
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Saudi Nationals Only .
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of
 
 recruitment processes
 
 , especially for retail roles also KSA Labor relevant laws.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with
 
 KSA HR online systems
 
 (Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with
 
 Bayzat personnel system
 
 or similar HR software.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with
 
 payroll processing
 
 and employee compensation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Business fluency in written and Spoken English.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in
 
 Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
 
 .
