We&rsquo;re Hiring: Video Editor (Reels &amp; Office Space Tours)We&rsquo;re looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to craft eye-catching reels and office space tour videos that will captivate our audience.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Edit high-quality reels, walkthroughs &amp; property tour videos for Instagram, YouTube Shorts &amp; LinkedIn.</li><li>Add engaging motion graphics, transitions &amp; sound effects.</li><li>Optimize videos for multiple platforms (vertical/horizontal).</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver fresh &amp; trending content.</li></ul>Key Requirements:<ul><li>Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve.</li><li>Strong skills in After Effects (motion graphics &amp; transitions).</li><li>Ability to edit quickly using mobile video editing apps (CapCut, InShot, VN, etc.).</li><li>Excellent sense of visual storytelling, pacing &amp; music synchronization.</li><li>Knowledge of color grading &amp; sound mixing.</li></ul>Good to Have:<ul><li>Experience with real estate / architectural video editing.</li><li>Knowledge of basic 3D text animations.</li><li>Familiarity with YouTube SEO &amp; video optimization.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Work on high-visibility real estate projects.</li><li>Creative freedom with your editing style.</li><li>Competitive compensation based on skills &amp; experience.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Video Editing: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Video Production: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
