Creating new opportunities for employees to grow their careers within a stable and expanding organization.We are currently seeking a 3rd shift (11 pm - 7 am) Maintenance Mechanic to support our operations by troubleshooting and repairing equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and helping ensure reliable, efficient production within our manufacturing environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment to ensure machinery operates safely and efficiently, including conveyor systems, hydraulic sorting equipment, motors, electrical systems, and facility equipment.</li><li>Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on facility machinery and equipment.</li><li>Complete daily maintenance and repair documentation and logs.</li><li>Perform all assigned duties in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Company safety policies and procedures.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in the industrial maintenance field, preferably within a food manufacturing environment.</li><li>Advanced knowledge and skills in diagnosing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing high-speed manufacturing equipment.</li><li>Experience working with AC/DC motors and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).</li><li>Ability to read and interpret diagrams, blueprints, schematics, operation manuals, and manufacturing specifications.</li><li>Knowledge of piping systems and mechanical components.</li><li>Basic arithmetic skills.</li><li>Ability to operate drilling and milling machines to produce or retool mechanical parts.</li><li>Effective oral and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with employees and leadership.</li></ul>Physical Requirements<ul><li>Manual dexterity required to operate machinery and power/hand tools.</li><li>Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, including cold temperature conditions.</li><li>Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>$2,000 sign-on bonus!
