</div><p></p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Echodyne is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Accountant to join our fast-growing team.</b></h2>
<div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Echodyne is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Accountant to join our accounting team. This role will primarily support the Accounts Payable (A/P) function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments.</b></h3>
</div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b></h3>
<ul><li>Process a high volume of invoices with accuracy and timeliness</li>
<li>Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices; resolve discrepancies</li>
<li>Review and verify vendor statements, respond to inquiries, and reconcile accounts</li>
<li>Ensure proper coding and approval of invoices and expenses</li>
<li>Support other accounting tasks as assigned</li>
<li>Support year-end 1099 preparation and vendor reporting</li>
<li>Assist with the implementation of automation tools and ERP enhancements</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b></h3>
<ul><li>Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li>
<li>1+ years of accounting experience</li>
<li>Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred</li>
<li>Strong Excel skills and attention to detail</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team</li>
</ul>
