Job Title: Lead Preschool Teacher (3&ndash;4-Year-Old Classroom) Location: Dahjia&rsquo;s Learning Academy &ndash; Atlanta,Ga Job Type: Full-TimeAbout Us Dahjia&rsquo;s Learning Academy is a high-quality early learning center committed to providing a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for young children. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Lead Preschool Teacher to guide our 3&ndash;4-year-old classroom.Position Overview The Lead Preschool Teacher is responsible for planning and delivering a developmentally appropriate curriculum, maintaining a positive and engaging classroom environment, overseeing assistant staff, and building strong communication with families. The ideal candidate holds a CDA or higher credential and has a passion for early childhood development.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead daily instruction and activities for children ages 3&ndash;4</li><li>Create weekly lesson plans aligned with early learning standards</li><li>Incorporate storytelling, music, movement, sensory play, and art</li><li>Conduct developmental observations and maintain documentation</li><li>Promote positive behavior and identify early developmental needs</li><li>Communicate regularly with parents regarding progress and classroom updates</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, organized learning environment</li><li>Supervise and collaborate with assistant teachers</li><li>Ensure compliance with licensing and safety regulations</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>CDA required; degree in Early Childhood Education preferred</li><li>Prior experience in a licensed childcare or preschool environment</li><li>Experience as a lead teacher strongly preferred</li><li>Knowledge of child development and classroom management</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li><li>CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain</li><li>Must be dependable, patient, and passionate about early learning</li></ul>Why Work With Us?<ul><li>Supportive leadership and positive work culture</li><li>Professional growth opportunities</li><li>Meaningful work where you help shape children&rsquo;s early learning experiences</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $25,000.00 - $32,000.00 per yearAbility to Commute:<ul><li>Atlanta, GA 30331 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Atlanta, GA 30331: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
