Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Film Interns to join our dynamic team. This is an unpaid 90-day internship that offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in marketing! Interns will work closely with industry professionals, contributing to real projects and developing valuable skills in a creative environment. After 90 days, the intern will have the opportunity to transition into a paid position with our team, pending performance and organizational needs.Duties<ul><li>Campaign Support</li><li>Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns</li></ul>Social Media &amp; Digital Marketing<ul><li>Create and schedule social media content</li><li>Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages</li><li>Research trends, hashtags, and competitors</li><li>Assist with email marketing campaigns</li></ul>Content Creation<ul><li>Draft captions, blog posts, press materials, and newsletters</li><li>Help develop graphics, flyers, or promotional materials</li><li>Support video/photo shoots when needed</li></ul>Market Research<ul><li>Research target audiences and demographics</li><li>Analyze competitors and industry trends</li><li>Compile findings into presentations or summaries</li></ul>Event &amp; Brand Support<ul><li>Assist with event promotion and on-site marketing</li><li>Coordinate influencer or brand partnerships</li><li>Help manage PR lists and outreach</li></ul>Administrative Tasks<ul><li>Maintain marketing databases</li><li>Organize digital assets and files</li><li>Support the marketing team with day-to-day tasks</li><li>Help coordinate promotional timelines and deliverables</li><li>Track campaign performance and compile reports</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Skills</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li></ul>Technical Knowledge<ul><li>Understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, email marketing, analytics)</li><li>Basic data analysis skills</li><li>Ability to interpret engagement metrics and campaign performance</li></ul>Personal Qualities<ul><li>Creative thinker with attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment</li><li>Adaptable in fast-paced settings</li><li>Strong work ethic and willingness to learn</li><li>Basic understanding of marketing principles and branding</li><li>Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.)</li><li>Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace</li><li>Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools (a plus)</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills</li><li>Must be at least 18 years old or older</li></ul>This internship provides a valuable platform to gain practical experience, build industry connections, and develop one's craft in a professional setting.Job Type: InternshipPay: $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Beverly Hills, CA 90212 (Preferred)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>25% (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Beverly Hills, CA 90212
