The Opportunity: 
We are seeking an enthusiastic, personable, and qualified Systems Engineer – Client Services (On-Site) to join our amazing team! In this role, you will provide end-user desktop support to multiple users running Windows, Exchange and Office 365 environments.
 The Systems Engineer – Client Services (On-Site) will provide desktop support and end-user server administration for all client issues while responding to Level 1 and 2 service tickets. You will work shoulder to shoulder with an awesome team and escalate all problems to the next level of support for guidance as well as contact third-party vendors for warranty service repair.
 
What you will do: 
<ul>
<li>Resolve level 1 and 2 support cases and work orders associated with end-user issues, physical and cloud infrastructure, and project related tasks</li>
<li>See the world through the eyes of the customer by setting client expectations appropriately throughout the troubleshooting process</li>
<li>Resolve incidents and requests related to, but not limited to the following: Mail Application/Office 365 issues, Client/Server Connectivity issues, Time Sensitive and VIP Workstation incidents, File Restores, Remote Access incidents (Citrix and Terminal Services), Password Resets, Networked Printer Issues to name a few</li>
<li>Execute basic system maintenance including software and operating system patching, software version upgrades and critical patch applications</li>
<li>Provide support of Active Directory such as add/remove users, password resets, Group Policy application, task scheduling</li>
<li>Interface with common technology support tools such as Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM), Mobile Device Management (MDM)</li>
<li>Occasional travel within the tri-state area as needed.</li>

Who you are:

<li>Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology related field, or 3+ years of equivalent combination of technical experience and education in the following:</li>
<li>Microsoft Office 365 (O365)</li>
<li>Microsoft Operating Systems such as Windows Server and Windows 11</li>
<li>Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications</li>
<li>Active Directory including account creation, modification and password resets</li>
<li>Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint</li>
<li>Client VPN setup and troubleshooting</li>
<li>Understanding of e-mail and spam technologies, and how messaging flows through these systems</li>
<li>Basic understanding of cyber-security concepts and technologies, such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)</li>

Systems Engineer - Client Service (On Site)

<div>ECI has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial leadership &amp; contributor role in ensuring client satisfaction, driving Digital project sales, and overseeing and optimizing the complete execution of offshore delivery. You'll introduce clients to ECI's digital capabilities during pre-sales activities, help win deals, transition them into projects, and ensure their success through ongoing oversight and communication between clients, cross-department collaboration with other teams at ECI, and the offshore delivery team.

This is a hybrid role for candidates based in a commutable distance to New York, NY; 3 days in office, 2 remote.

 What you will do:
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with the Sales team to identify sales-qualified leads and conduct pre-discovery meetings to understand their business and project needs.</li>
<li>Provide feedback and set expectations with the Sales team regarding opportunities and sales-qualified leads, good fit Digital project scopes.</li>
<li>Convert pre-discovery insights and requirements into proposals, working with offshore delivery leads, SMEs, and the Director of Product Management, Digital Services to refine and align proposals.</li>
<li>Optimize proposals through estimate reviews and requirement clarification with offshore delivery leads and architects.</li>
<li>Pitch proposals to prospective client stakeholders, highlighting ECI's digital value propositions as well as describing the scope of the engagement. Then gathering feedback and aligning with the client &amp; offshore delivery team with the goal of providing a Statement of Work (SOW) for proposed project work.</li>
<li>Plan project kickoffs with offshore delivery leads, coordinating &amp; providing input on resource staffing and assisting in formulating project execution plans.</li>
<li>Ensure successful project execution, maintain a positive client experience and account management, and act as a liaison between clients and the offshore delivery team.</li>
<li>Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts and build upon existing client relationships to identify additional digital transformation needs.</li>
<li>Maximize funnel conversion between project phases (Discovery, Design, Implementation, Support &amp; Maintenance).</li>
<li>Ensure the renewal of existing support and maintenance accounts.</li>
<li>Act as a subject matter expert on cloud (AWS &amp; Azure), data applications &amp; pipelines, application development, and AI solutions, providing consultative resources to clients and internal ECI team members.</li>
<li>
<div>Expected to confidently engage with technical client stakeholders and architects, providing well-supported recommendations backed by clear, structured approaches and evidence.</div>
</li><li>Assist in hiring new Product Owners and/or offshore technical resources.</li>
<li>Collaborate and contribute to department-level strategy and KPIs with the Director of Product Management, Digital Services.</li>
<li>Collaborate with offshore leads on delivery processes and optimization.</li>
<li>Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly update and status meetings with clients as needed.</li>
<li>Be prepared to conduct status updates with offshore project teams ad hoc and contribute to project work as necessary.</li>
<li>Define requirements for project releases and iterations by writing PRDs, assisting in writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and applying agile methodologies.</li>
<li>Attend workshops, take certifications, and advance knowledge across project domain types.</li>
<li>May be expected to travel to conferences, client offices, or NYC headquarters.</li>
</ul>
Education and Experience
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.</li>
<li>Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in project management, consulting, product management, or a related field.</li>
<li>Proven experience in cloud technologies (AWS &amp; Azure), data applications &amp; pipelines, application development, and AI solutions.</li>
<li>Consulting experience is a major plus as we interface with many clients in advisory way.</li>
</ul>
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
<ul>
<li>Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS &amp; Azure), proficiency in third party SaaS, data applications/tools/services, data pipeline architecture, custom application development, and AI solutions.</li>
<li>For all areas mentioned, strong understanding of their use cases, common application architecture &amp; systems design, functional &amp; technical requirements, and project implementation plans.</li>
<li>Project Management: Experience with agile methodologies and writing PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Ability to plan, execute, and manage projects from discovery to support &amp; maintenance phases.</li>
<li>Sales and Business Development: Ability to work with sales-qualified leads through the requirement gathering phase and convert them into actionable proposals. Experience in pitching proposals and presenting value propositions to clients.</li>
<li>Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication skills to liaise between clients and offshore delivery teams. Ability to collaborate with sales teams, offshore leads, architects, and SMEs.</li>
