This role combines data analysis, operational oversight, and marketing coordination, ideal for someone passionate about logistics and retail/e-commerce. Whether you&rsquo;re fresh out of college or have prior experience, you&rsquo;ll have the opportunity to work on impactful projects across multiple time zones and geographies.The RoleThe ideal candidate will be proficient in the following:<ul><li>Data Analysis &amp; Logistics Coordination:</li><li>Analyze complex datasets using tools like Excel, Tableau, or similar platforms to extract actionable insights.</li><li>Monitor shipment on-time delivery performance, investigate delays, and propose solutions.</li><li>Collaborate with global teams across the Americas, Europe, and Asia, requiring flexibility to work across time zones.</li><li>Communication &amp; Collaboration:</li><li>Communicate effectively in English with global stakeholders.</li><li>Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus; Spanish or Japanese would be additional assets.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships across teams and departments.</li><li>Marketing &amp; Project Support:</li><li>Assist in coordinating trade shows and events, particularly in the retail and e-commerce domains.</li><li>Design professional and visually engaging presentations using PowerPoint.</li><li>Support project management tasks to ensure seamless execution of marketing and operational goals.</li><li>Routine Operational Tasks:</li><li>Perform weekly recurring tasks with precision and consistency.</li><li>Adapt to evolving priorities while maintaining operational efficiency.</li><li>Team Dynamics &amp; Personality:</li><li>Exhibit an extroverted, collaborative approach to teamwork and communication.</li><li>Balance social interaction with the ability to handle routine and data-driven tasks.</li><li>Perform any additional duties assigned by management.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field required.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities (Mandarin, Spanish, or Japanese) are a plus.</li><li>Some experience in logistics, marketing, or e-commerce roles preferred.</li><li>Experience with logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Shopify) and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush) is a plus.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</li><li>Knowledge of the e-commerce landscape and digital marketing trends.</li><li>A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Supply chain analytics: 1 year (Required)</li><li>Logistics Software : 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Mandarin, Spanish, Japanese (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
