Job Summary
Eco Window, a manufacturer of high-performance hurricane impact aluminum windows and doors, is looking for a creative Content &amp; Video Marketing Specialist to develop and manage the company&rsquo;s digital marketing content.
This role will be responsible for creating and editing video content, managing social media platforms, producing marketing materials, and launching a YouTube channel focused on product education and installation guidance.
The ideal candidate is a strong content creator who can film, edit, and publish professional videos, while also managing social media and marketing communications.

Key Responsibilities
Video Content Creation (Primary Responsibility)<ul><li>Film and edit video content for marketing and educational purposes</li><li>Produce installation videos, product demonstrations, and training content</li><li>Create short-form content for social media (Reels, Shorts, etc.)</li><li>Develop and manage the company YouTube channel</li><li>Optimize videos for engagement and visibility</li></ul>
Social Media Management<ul><li>Manage company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)</li><li>Plan and publish engaging content regularly</li><li>Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages</li><li>Track performance and growth metric</li></ul>
Marketing Content Development
o Create content showcasing:
o New products
o Product features
o Installation guidance
o Manufacturing processes
o Completed projects<ul><li>Maintain consistent branding across all platforms</li></ul>
Email Marketing &amp; Communications<ul><li>Create and distribute a monthly company newsletter including:</li><li>Product updates</li><li>Promotions</li><li>Engineering developments</li><li>Events and trade shows</li><li>Company news</li></ul>
Marketing &amp; Sales Support<ul><li>Product brochures</li><li>Dealer communications</li><li>Marketing materials</li><li>Promotional campaigns</li></ul>
Requirements:

Required Qualifications<ul><li>2+ years&rsquo; experience in video production and editing</li><li>Strong experience with video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar)</li><li>Experience creating content for YouTube and social media</li><li>Strong writing and communication skills</li><li>Experience managing social media platforms</li><li>Ability to work independently and generate creative ideas</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in construction, architecture, or manufacturing industries</li><li>Experience creating educational or instructional videos</li><li>Basic photography skills</li><li>Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus</li></ul>
Physical Demands<ul><li>Stand and walk for extended periods while filming in production areas</li><li>Move throughout the manufacturing facility and office areas</li><li>Lift and carry video equipment, cameras, tripods, and lighting equipment (up to approximately 25 pounds)</li><li>Bend, reach, and adjust equipment when setting up cameras or filming machinery</li><li>Use hands and fingers to operate cameras, computers, editing equipment, and mobile devices</li><li>Occasionally climb stairs or access different areas of the facility to capture video content</li><li>Visually observe production processes and computer screens for editing and content review</li><li>Work in a manufacturing environment that may include noise, machinery, and varying temperatures</li></ul>
