We are currently seeking an experienced and hands-on Female Cleaning Supervisor to manage field operations and supervise cleaning teams across client sites.Job SummaryWe are looking for a Female Cleaning Supervisor with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in Dubai within a cleaning company. This is a field-based and hands-on role, requiring the candidate to actively work on sites, manage teams, and independently handle specialized cleaning services.Key Responsibilities (Field-Based &amp; Hands-On Role)<ul><li>Supervise cleaning staff directly at client sites and manage daily operations</li><li>Train new joiners on cleaning procedures, equipment usage, and safety standards</li><li>Provide continuous on-the-job coaching to cleaning staff</li><li>Independently carry out and lead deep cleaning projects, including: Sofa shampoo cleaning &amp; Carpet shampoo cleaning</li><li>Handle specialized cleaning tasks personally and independently, without the need for supervision from higher management</li><li>Ensure correct use of chemicals, tools, and machines for all services</li><li>Resolve client concerns on-site and ensure high customer satisfaction</li><li>Maintain professional conduct, grooming, and discipline of field staff</li><li>Coordinate with the operations team regarding schedules, manpower and site requirements</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Female candidate only</li><li>Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience as a Cleaning Supervisor in Dubai</li><li>Experience must be within a cleaning company (mandatory)</li><li>Proven hands-on experience in: Deep cleaning services &amp; Sofa and carpet shampoo cleaning</li><li>Ability to independently handle and execute specialized cleaning jobs without supervision</li><li>Strong team management and training skills</li><li>Good communication and leadership abilities</li><li>Good knowledge of cleaning chemicals, machines and safety procedures</li><li>Ability to work across multiple sites in Dubai</li><li>Flexible to work shifts and weekends if required</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED2,500.00 per month
