Job Description 
The VP of Digital &amp; Growth Marketing is a strategic, collaborative, and data-driven leader responsible for accelerating EcoVadis&rsquo; global pipeline through high-performance digital execution, modern MarTech capability, applied AI, and strong cross-functional partnership. This role sits at the center of the revenue engine, translating commercial goals into predictable, scalable, and efficient revenue impact through close alignment with Sales, Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, and MarOps / RevOps. A hands-on operator and strategic leader, they are comfortable diving into data, diagnosing funnel issues, and guiding execution to ensure unified growth strategies that connect market insight, product value, and revenue priorities across all regions.
This leader combines big-picture thinking with hands-on operational expertise. They are fluent in performance marketing, experimentation, forecasting, attribution, marketing analytics, and the modern MarTech ecosystem. They use data to determine priorities, diagnose performance issues, and drive continuous optimisation across channels, segments, and regions.
The ideal candidate is an exceptional people leader who can grow, coach, and retain a high-performing team. They create clarity, foster a strong operating rhythm, and elevate capability across digital, web, and performance roles. This function is a force multiplier across regions, ensuring our growth engine is globally coherent but regionally relevant, financially disciplined, insight-rich, and structurally repeatable. 
 
1. Strategic Growth Leadership &amp; Commercial Alignment<ul><li>
Partner closely with Sales, Regional Marketing and Product Marketing to define ICP priorities, segment strategies, and revenue pathways.</li><li>
Build and execute the global growth marketing strategy aligned to commercial targets.</li><li>
Ensure global programs scale effectively while respecting regional nuance, competitive context, and language requirements.</li><li>
Translate business objectives into clear, measurable digital plans with defined KPIs, pacing, and accountability.</li></ul>
2. Performance Marketing, Metrics, and Applied AI<ul><li>
Own the global channel strategy across paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, ABM platforms, SEO, SEM, and emerging AI-led channels.</li><li>
Lead a disciplined test and learn operating rhythm focused on conversion, targeting, personalisation, and yield improvement.</li><li>
Apply AI tools for content generation, audience modelling, insight extraction, predictive scoring, and creative optimisation.</li><li>
Diagnose and troubleshoot performance issues early using structured analytics and rapid corrective action to protect pipeline flow.</li></ul>
3. Web Experience, Conversion Optimisation, and Funnel Efficiency<ul><li>
Own the global website experience as a core revenue asset.</li><li>
Build and lead a conversion rate optimisation (CRO) program across landing pages, forms, and user journeys.</li><li>
Implement experimentation frameworks to lift engagement, MQL quality, and funnel yield.</li><li>
Drive consistency in web architecture, tagging, analytics, and performance standards across regions.</li></ul>
4. Data, Forecasting, Attribution, and Insight Leadership<ul><li>
Build forecasting models that link investment to pipeline and revenue outcomes.</li><li>
Own multi-touch attribution, CAC/ROAS analysis, and channel efficiency reporting.</li><li>
Ensure data accuracy, dashboard integrity, and shared visibility with Sales, Finance, and MarOps / RevOps.</li><li>
Translate complex data into simple, compelling narratives for senior stakeholders.</li></ul>
5. Martech, Analytics Infrastructure, and Operational Excellence<ul><li>
Inform MarTech strategy by defining digital and growth requirements with MarOps / RevOps.</li><li>
Collaborate with MarOps / RevOps on tagging, tracking, automation, and analytics to support accurate execution and measurement.</li><li>
Specify data, performance, and experimentation needs while MarOps / RevOps owns platform delivery and governance.</li><li>
Work with MarOps / RevOps to ensure attribution, reporting, and revenue analytics remain aligned and accurate.</li><li>
Serve as the strategic stakeholder on how MarTech enables scale, insight, and channel performance.</li></ul>
6. Experimentation and Continuous Improvement<ul><li>
Build a structured experimentation model that runs frequently and scales across channels.</li><li>
Implement hypothesis-driven tests with clear metrics, forward-looking insights, and fast iteration cycles.</li><li>
Promote a culture that values curiosity, learning, and measurable improvement.</li></ul>

Build, coach, and retain a global team of high-performing digital and performance marketers.</li><li>

Qualifications

 We&rsquo;re looking for an Account Executive to join our highly successful sales team in North America. Our frontline employees engage and support all companies to leverage EcoVadis solutions in order to foster continuous improvement of sustainable business practices in global supply chains.
 
 
 As an Account Executive, you will help expand our brand in the North American region predominantly to medium-sized enterprises and will work alongside experts in our marketing and customer success teams to develop the go-to market strategy.
 
 
 To achieve this you will:

 Manage the sales process through qualification, business analysis, product demonstration, negotiation and close

 Close new business consistently at or above quota level

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 You must have an exceptional level of drive and a desire to pursue a career in Sales in an international and dynamic environment. You should have excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and sales skills.
 
 
 What you need to have to qualify:

 Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in North America with experience in sustainability, procurement or compliance solutions a plus

 Autonomous and self-motivated
