All our products are handcrafted and rooted in eco-friendly living.Job SummaryWe are hiring a Warehouse Executive to handle daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory accuracy. The role ensures smooth coordination with the ecommerce operations team.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Receive inbound materials and create accurate GRN records.</li><li>Pick, pack, and dispatch orders as per marketplace standards.</li><li>Perform stock counting, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.</li><li>Ensure proper packaging to reduce damages/returns.</li><li>Coordinate with courier partners for timely dispatches.</li><li>Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.</li><li>Monitor low-stock items and update the procurement team.</li><li>Manage Amazon FBA/FBM shipments &mdash; creating shipments in Seller Central, preparing cartons, labeling, booking appointments, and ensuring timely handover.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.</li><li>6 months &ndash; 2 years warehouse/logistics experience.</li><li>Basic computer skills (Excel, barcode scanners).</li><li>Physically fit and good at time management.</li><li>Ability to handle fast-paced warehouse operations.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Aligarh, Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh (Required)</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Day Shift (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
