We are an sports academy dedicated to providing high-quality fitness and sports programs. We are seeking a female coach who is dynamic, versatile, and passionate about empowering students and clients through fitness, gymnastics, and multi-sport training.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead gymnastics coaching sessions for children and/or adults.</li><li>Deliver personal training programs tailored to individual fitness goals.</li><li>Support and coach in additional sports (e.g., football, basketball, swimming, or athletics).</li><li>Create safe, engaging, and progressive training plans.</li><li>Track progress and provide regular feedback to athletes, students, or clients.</li><li>Use sports/fitness management software for attendance, scheduling, and performance tracking.</li><li>Assist with school/academy events, competitions, and workshops.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Certified Personal Trainer and/or Gymnastics Coach (or equivalent).</li><li>Demonstrated experience in gymnastics coaching.</li><li>Background in other sports (multi-sport coaching experience is a strong plus).</li><li>Strong knowledge of fitness, conditioning, and training principles.</li><li>Familiarity with software tools for scheduling, reporting, or client management.</li><li>Excellent communication and motivational skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and thrive in a team environment.</li><li>Passion for working with children, teens, and adults.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li><li>Opportunities for professional development and growth.</li><li>Access to high-quality sports facilities.</li><li>Supportive and multicultural working environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
