Job Title: Finance &amp; Accounts ExecutiveRole Summary:The Junior Finance &amp; Accounts Executive supports the finance department in day-to-day accounting operations, financial record-keeping, and compliance activities under the supervision of senior finance staffKey Responsibilities:&middot; Assist in maintaining books of accounts, including vouchers, invoices, and journal entries&middot; Support accounts payable and receivable functions&middot; Assist in bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny&middot; Prepare and verify expense statements and supporting documents&middot; Help in preparation of monthly financial reports and MIS&middot; Support gst,,tds compliance, including data compilation and return preparation&middot; Maintain proper documentation for audits and internal reviews&middot; Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for accounting-related queries&middot; Assist in statutory and internal audit processes&middot; Assisting till Finalisation,preparing balance sheet,ledger scrutinyQualifications &amp; Skills:&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance&middot; Basic knowledge of accounting principles and taxation&middot; Familiarity with accounting software and MS Excel&middot; Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy&middot; Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlinesExperience:5 - 12years of experience in finance or accounting rolesReporting To:Finance Manager / Accounts ManagerWorking days-5daysMonday to Friday-9.00am to 6.00pmSaturdays and Sundays -offPerks and benefitsPF-YESBONUS-YESIf interested share cv at mittal.kothari@ecolux.co.inJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹30,051.74 - ₹46,508.96 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
