Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process, from crafting job postings to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires, ensuring we attract top tech talent.</li><li>Employee Relations: Cultivate a supportive and inclusive culture by addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting open communication.</li><li>Performance Management: Develop and implement performance appraisal systems, provide constructive feedback, and support career growth for our team members.</li><li>Policy Development: Create, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with industry standards and legal requirements.</li><li>Training and Development: Identify training needs, organize professional development programs, and ensure employees have access to the resources they need to excel.</li><li>Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, to enhance satisfaction and retention.</li><li>Compliance: Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal employment regulations and maintain accurate and confidential HR records.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in a tech or software development environment.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.</li><li>Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience.</li><li>Comprehensive benefits package, including pick &amp; drop, and paid time off.</li></ul>Work Schedule:THIS IS AN ONSITE POSITION NO WORK FROM HOME<ul><li>Full-time position night shift , Monday to Friday.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
