 Job Summary: The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality standards while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The role demands effective planning, risk mitigation, budgeting, and monitoring to achieve project goals in line with organizational objectives.
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 1. Project Planning:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Coordinate with OEMs, EPCs, Contractors, Vendors, Site Managers, and the execution team regarding project schedules.
 </li>
 <li>
 Regularly update project plans and develop catch-up plans as required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Utilize planning tools to assess resource performance matrices and implement course corrections.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 2. Project Profitability:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Collaborate with development and supply chain/procurement teams to prepare project budgets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Budget operating costs and site overheads aligned with optimal execution timelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and control budgets throughout project execution and manage invoicing approvals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare cash inflow and outflow projections for financial planning.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 3. Project Execution:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Identify and maintain a risk register or issue mapping and develop mitigation plans for GM-Ops and CXO communication.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 4. Commercial/Contract Management:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage vendor invoices, scope changes, and quantity estimation within approved budgets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with stores for quantity variations and maintain WCC/GRN documentation support from the site.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with communication protocols and approvals with nodal agencies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a compliance register and payments tracker.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with Finance and Accounts for all payment-related activities.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 5. Project Monitoring &amp; Reporting:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Track Plan Vs. Actual progress and analyze budget variances.
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish resource performance baselines and benchmarks for project level KPIs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct quantity estimation and variance analysis for cost control.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 6. Safety &amp; Quality of Work:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Serve as a bridge between QEHS (Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety) and site teams to provide necessary support and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Skills:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Budgeting, risk mitigation, and reporting expertise.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of renewable energy project execution processes and compliance protocols.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Preferred Qualifications:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical).
 </li>
 <li>
 8-12 years of experience in project management, specifically in the renewable energy sector.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
 </li>
 <li>
 Certification in Project Management (PMP/Prince2) is an added advantage.
 </li>
 </ul>
