Responsibilities and Duties:<ul><li>
Route sequencing and dispatching</li><li>
Communicate route changes with drivers</li><li>
Check drivers in and out to insure a positive start and route completion</li><li>
Answer phones and greet incoming employees.</li><li>
Answer customer calls providing first level service.</li><li>
Provide administrative support for special projects as assigned.</li><li>
Other administrative tasks as needed</li><li>
Work with others in a team environment to ensure accurate information and superior customer service</li><li>
Communicate in person and by phone with team members</li></ul>
Shift/Schedule:<ul><li>
Monday-Friday</li><li>
Start times 8 am-5 pm.</li><li>
Additional hours may be needed.</li></ul>

 Qualifications:<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>
Dispatch: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>
Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations (Mandatory)</li><li>
Ability to balance multiple tasks while positively motivating, coaching and communicating clear instructions to others</li><li>
Physical Limitations (Lift, Carry, Move no more than 50lbs.)</li></ul>

Responsibilities<ul><li>
Safely operate a collection truck to collect waste and/or recycling along a designated route and transfer to a disposal site.</li><li>
Work closely with Dispatch, your Supervisor, and the rest of the driver team to service our customers on different routes and schedules.</li><li>
Load/unload waste and/or recycling materials at landfills, recycling centers, or similar facilities.</li><li>
Perform pre- and post-trip inspection of your vehicle to ensure the truck is in proper working order and address maintenance issues quickly.</li><li>
Follow all required safety policies and report any safety or employee experience issues to leadership.</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
Class B or higher Commercial Driver&rsquo;s license with air brakes endorsement (REQUIRED).</li><li>
2 years of CDL driving (REQUIRED).</li><li>
High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>
Must be at least 21 years of age</li><li>
No more than one moving violation on your MVR within the last 3 years</li><li>
CDL Class A/B</li></ul>
