Qualifications<ul><li>
Waste industry experience preferred, but not required.</li><li>
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.</li><li>

3-5 years of inside or outside sales experience required.</li><li>
Excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills required.</li></ul>
Physical Requirements and Work Environment<ul><li>
Regularly travels within an assigned sales territory to meet with prospects and clients, including driving to customer sites and industry events.</li><li>
Frequent use of a computer, phone, and CRM software for extended periods.</li><li>

Responsibilities<ul><li>
Safely operate a collection truck to collect waste and/or recycling along a designated route and transfer to a disposal site.</li><li>
Work closely with Dispatch, your Supervisor, and the rest of the driver team to service our customers on different routes and schedules.</li><li>
Load/unload waste and/or recycling materials at landfills, recycling centers, or similar facilities.</li><li>
Perform pre- and post-trip inspection of your vehicle to ensure the truck is in proper working order and address maintenance issues quickly.</li><li>

Operations Supervisor

As a Diesel Truck/Trailer Maintenance Mechanic at Ecowaste Solutions, you will be performing preventative maintenance and repairs on tractor and trailer equipment. Your responsibilities will include completing work orders with proper coding such as reason for repair, detailed description of condition, cause, and correction, as well as properly completing the warranty process. Safety, accuracy and attention to detail are critical in these roles.

Position Summary:
With an appropriate knowledge of the Company&rsquo;s services and processes, a Customer Service Representative works under the direct supervision of the Customer Service Manager to deliver the highest level of quality service to our customers. Effectively respond to routine issues regarding general residential &amp; commercial service changes and contract compliance matters, which may involve outbound calls and other communications to resolve simple issues including service level changes, contractual obligations, billing questions, service cancellations, price increases and equipment issues.</li><li>
Respond to all internal and external calls and emails in a timely manner to ensure that customers&rsquo; concerns are understood, addressed, and accurately resolved promptly.</li><li>
Receive and review individual performance metric reports and action plan with manager to understand individual performance.</li><li>
Create customer profiles in account database, enter route and service information and validate customer information.</li><li>
Log information about customer service interactions into systems; update in a timely and accurate manner so associates can track services inquiries and resolution.</li><li>
Perform other job-related duties as required.</li></ul>
Qualifications

Knowledge of Business English, spelling, punctuation, and general office processes. Skilled in typing correspondence, reports, and summaries according to appropriate procedures. Bilingual is a plus!</li><li>
Skilled in the operation of a personal computer and other office equipment.</li><li>
Data entry experience is a plus!</li><li>
Must have excellent verbal communication skills, as well as excellent customer service skills.</li><li>
