ECOWIDE GENERAL TRADING LLCKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Establish, maintain, and reconcile full set of accounts for UAE &amp; India companies.</li><li>Prepare monthly P&amp;L statements, income statements, and balance sheets.</li><li>Track and manage inventory/stock records and update management as required.</li><li>Monitor cash flow and maintain proper cash controls.</li><li>Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and recorded properly.</li><li>Prepare and reconcile bank statements.</li><li>Process monthly invoices and payments.</li><li>Maintain proper accounting records and documentation filing.</li><li>Handle monthly payroll processing and track employee leave records.</li><li>Maintain and file monthly bank statements.</li><li>Manage office maintenance, servicing, and supply coordination.</li><li>Provide administrative support to management when required.</li><li>Propose and implement financial policies and procedures when necessary.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of relevant accounting experience (UAE experience preferred).</li><li>Experience handling multi-company accounts is an advantage.</li><li>Strong knowledge of VAT, financial reporting, and reconciliations.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.</li><li>High level of accuracy, organization, and time management skills.</li><li>Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.</li></ul>Salary and Benefits:<ul><li>AED 2,500 &ndash; AED 3,500 per month (based on experience)</li><li>Employment visa provided by the company</li><li>Medical insurance and annual leave as per UAE Labour Law</li></ul>Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per hourWork Location: In person
