<div>ECS is seeking a highly motivated Special Program GEOINT Analyst to work in our Springfield, VA office.
This offer is contingent upon Prime and government customer acceptance, validation of appropriate clearances, and approval from a cognizant government contracting officer. After customer indoctrination, the candidate will be submitted for a Counterintelligence Polygraph.

ECS is looking for driven, detail-oriented GEOINT Analyst ready to make a direct impact on national security. You'll work on high-priority global operations, providing actionable intelligence using, imagery, spatially derived data and a variety of intelligence sources to synthesize intelligence using geospatial tools.

You'll be working in dynamic environment with NGA and their customers to close critical intelligence gaps in a purpose-driven, people focused environment. intelligence reporting using the GEOINT Enterprise. The analyst will leverage FMV, imagery and spatial analysis to support missions focused on political, diplomatic, military, and economic development. Your analysis will also aid in monitoring and assessing adversarial military order of battle, military development, and military operations.

The candidate must have previous experience in ABI tradecraft as well and the ability to produce finished products that adhere to NGA and DNI standards.

Job Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Provide analyses of targets of interest utilizing various platforms and all source (GEOINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, and OSINT)</li>
<li>Produce Imagery/GEOINT remarks, briefings, graphics, and other written reports as directed by the USG customer and Prime Onsite manager</li>
<li>Collaborate with mission center officers as directed by the USG and Prime On-site Lead to report project status, update findings, clarify analysis requirements and essential elements of information, verify required analysis periodicity and reporting threshold, attend meetings, and work
</li><li>to maximize value to mission center's mission</li>
<li>Participate in meetings, and routine dialogues with all-source issues analysts, as directed</li>
<li>Provide GEOINT expertise as appropriate in support of all-source analysts to improve their skills,
</li><li>Support GEOINT task collection, ensures context of analytic product meets the highest standards, and is consistent with GEOINT supported products</li>
<li>Assist with all source analyst research questions, present findings, and make suggestions on imagery studies research
</li><li>Support value and limitations assessments of various imagery data provided in support of finished intelligence products</li>
<li>Produce draft imagery analytical reports using provide templates
</li><li>Produce source and cited imagery products</li>
<li>Disseminate finished GEOINT products internally and externally to end users</li>
<li>Produce imagery analysis tailored products to requests for information.
</li><li>Employ experience in imagery tasking, evaluation, analysis, data set generation and production processes, mission familiarity, geospatial modeling, adaptable and team oriented, and committed to deliver timely and accurate imagery analysis at the request of the USG customer</li>
<li>Produce and publish GEOINT analysis/reporting using the GETS system or other systems directed by the AOT and/or its partner's mission center lead</li>
<li>Deliver products including summary-type reports, detailed mission graphics, database remarks, ad-hoc reports, and daily briefing.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>Requirements:
<ul><li>US Citizen; Must have an Active/current TS/SCI minimum clearance and the ability to obtain/maintain a Counter-Intelligence &amp; Life Style Polygraph</li>
<li>5+ years' of combined intelligence experience OR some college experience
</li><li>Formal Intelligence school course (typically 2+ months in duration, full time, resulting in an Intelligence MOS from the military (e.g. All-Source, IMINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, etc.))</li>
<li>High School Diploma and 5+ years of GOEINT Intelligence experience</li>
<li>Must attain and pass a Full Lifestyle Poly.</li>
<li>Understand the basic intelligence cycle/process</li>
<li>Candidates must possess the ability to accurately discern red, green, blue, and yellow colors on a video screen</li>
<li>Remote sensing expertise &ndash; EO, SAR, MASINT, IR, and LiDAR</li>
<li>Military Order of Battle Experience
</li><li>Structured Observation Schema Development Experience</li>
<li>Cultural and/or Regional Expertise</li>
<li>Mission issue expertise (Military, Transnational, Targeting, Asymmetric Warfare, and Navigation)</li>

Position Overview:

ECS is seeking a Lead Data Platform Engineer to support the development of a next-generation data management platform focused on Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) and Big Data/Cloud Solutions. This is not a project management role; however, it requires strong leadership and hands-on technical expertise in areas such as cloud architecture, data engineering, and compliance. The candidate will collaborate closely with the Project Manager and a cross-functional team of engineers and scientists to design, build, and deploy a scalable platform that ingests data from multiple sources, performs ETL operations, and produces curated datasets for AI/ML training. The ideal candidate fosters a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence in a mission-driven environment.

Position Description:

The Lead Data Platform Engineer will define the technical vision and lead the design and implementation of a secure, scalable, and compliant data management platform incorporating a mix of COTS and open-source components. This individual will partner with the Project Manager to guide a multidisciplinary team including data engineers, data scientists, DevSecOps specialists, cloud engineers, and cybersecurity professionals.

Key responsibilities include:
<ul>
<li>Leading the design and deployment of AWS-based environments to support IL5/IL6 requirements.</li>
<li>Building and managing data pipelines using Databricks, Apache Spark, and related ETL technologies (e.g., AWS Glue, Apache Airflow).</li>
<li>Ensuring compliance with DoD security and accreditation standards, including STIGs and Impact Level controls.</li>
<li>Providing architectural oversight on data ingestion, curation, and storage to produce reliable, high-quality datasets for AI/ML vendors.</li>
<li>Supporting DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation to streamline delivery.</li>
<li>Acting as the primary technical interface with project stakeholders, ensuring alignment between technical execution and mission needs.</li>
</ul>
This role blends hands-on technical work and architectural leadership, with direct involvement in solution design, prototyping, and technical decision-making.
Requirements:
<ul><li>Active Secret clearance and eligible for a Top-Secret Clearance with the capability of obtaining SCI / CI-Poly to meet contract requirements.</li>
<li>10+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or cloud architecture.</li>
<li>Strong expertise with AWS cloud services (compute, storage, networking, IAM).</li>
<li>Proficiency with Linux Environments (system administration, scripting, troubleshooting).</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with Databricks and Apache Spark for large-scale data processing.</li>
<li>Proficiency in building and managing ETL pipelines (e.g. AWS Glue, Apache Airflow).</li>
<li>Strong understanding of data engineering principles, including data ingestion, transformation, and curation workflows.</li>
<li>Proficient in Python, Bash, or equivalent scripting/programming languages used in cloud and data environments.</li>
<li>Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and modern DevSecOps workflows.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced matrixed, multidisciplinary team environment.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills with the ability to interface and collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, vendors, and technical staff.</li>
