<div>What You'll Do:
<ul><li>Document processing and transmission in a timely manner</li><li>
Word processing and data entry</li><li>
Registering projects and proposals</li><li>
Creating folders</li><li>
Filing, assembling and binding reports</li><li>
Formatting and scanning documents</li><li>
Transmitting documents</li><li>
Assisting with answering phones and office mail delivery</li><li>
Providing backup to other administrative personnel during absences, lunch breaks, training, etc.</li><li>
You may also perform other clerical tasks as required</li></ul>
What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED</div></li><li><div>
0-2 years related experience</div></li></ul>
