<div>What You'll Do:
<ul><li>Participating in the full agile project life-cycle using the latest tools and technologies</li><li>
Data modeling for new application features or re-engineering current systems to maximize performance, stability, and scalability</li><li>
Acting as a liaison with software developers to improve applications and establish best practices</li><li>
Facilitating automation of data retention policies</li><li>
Working with business users to define requirements and features</li><li>
Providing timely and accurate communication to project leaders and other stakeholders</li><li>
Providing analysis and implementing DevOps strategies</li><li>
Reviewing code for stored procedures, SQL scripts, and other database changes</li><li>
Designing Data Cloud Platform from data lake to end-user data visualizations</li><li>
Expanding and leveraging warehouse for improved data reporting and providing opportunities for statistical analysis</li><li>
Providing data driven insights to influence business strategy and vision</li><li>
Leveraging cloud database technologies and services to enable business growth</li></ul>
What We're Looking For:
<ul><li>BS/MA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related area</li><li>
5 - 10 years of experience in database design, development, and support within the Microsoft technology stack</li><li>
Understanding of software design patterns (Micro Service Architecture, REST APIs, anti-corruption layers, strangler fig, etc.) and database implications of each</li></ul>

Senior Database Developer

<div>What You'll Do:
<ul><li>Primary responsibilities include providing technical expertise and supporting Geotechnical staff both within a branch and within a region</li><li>
Host or attend project meetings with clients and/or ECS staff to help provide technical solutions as requested</li><li>
Responsibilities may also include mentoring Associate Principals</li><li>
Responsibilities may also include participation in the review committee for candidates who seek Associate Principal designation (Geotechnical)</li><li>
Perform the following at the office and regional levels:<ul><li>
Overseeing projects</li><li>
Performing technical report reviews</li><li>
Preparing and reviewing proposals</li><li>
Assisting with management of the department and P&amp;L</li><li>
Business development and assisting other staff in marketing our services by maintaining and developing client interactions</li><li>
Assisting hiring managers to help make staffing decisions.</li><li>
Leading and coaching junior staff members</li><li>
Due to low barriers between departments, duties will include performing the tasks above in CMT</li></ul></li></ul>
What We're Looking For:
<ul><li>Bachelor and/or Master of Science in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Geology, or similar is required</li><li>
12 years of related experience</li><li>
Designation as a senior reviewer at your current or previous firm required</li><li>
Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Professional Geologist (P.G.) license is required in each of the state(s) in which you work.</li><li>
If driving for, or on behalf of, any ECS subsidiary, a valid driver&rsquo;s license is required.</li></ul>
