 What kind of teammate are we looking for?
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. A Master's or PhD in AI, NLP, or Data Science is a strong plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science, with hands-on experience in Gen AI, NLP, or LLM development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge and experience in training, fine-tuning, and evaluating Large Language Models (LLMs).
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures and prompt engineering techniques.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience developing endpoints, APIs, or lightweight web apps (e.g., Dash, Flask, Streamlit, React) to deliver Gen AI solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to optimize Gen AI models for performance, cost-efficiency, and business relevance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Python (Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and SQL.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure AI Foundry or AWS, and MLOps tools are a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 If you enjoy analytical thinking and research, are curious about new technologies, and have a strong desire to learn,
 </li>
 <li>
 If you are prone to teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in English is preferred.
 </li>
