 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 High inbound call volume on multi-line phone system
 </li>
 <li>
 Excel and Microsoft Word experience preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Bilingual preferred but not required
 </li>
 <li>
 Part time, must be able to work a flexible schedule including mid-day, evening &amp; weekend shifts
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 To successfully secure this position, you must: be a positive, cheerful, mature person with a &ldquo;smile" in your voice. In addition, you must be reliable, punctual, and professional.
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Must have phone operator or front desk receptionist experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous Automotive/Dealership experience preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Good communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional appearance and demeanor
 </li>
 <li>
 Excel and Microsoft Word experience preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Bilingual a plus but not required
 </li>
 <li>
 May require weekend availability
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be able to pass background and drug screening
