</div></div><div><p>We are looking for a hands-on and people focused HR Specialist &amp; Office Manager to join our Washington DC team.</p>
<p>
In this role you will be the go-to person for HR processes and office operations, making sure our team feel supported engaged and empowered to do their best work.<br>
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the culture and employee experience in a fast-growing environment..<br>
This position is fully on-site, Monday through Friday (not hybrid or remote).<br>

Key Responsibilities:
</p><div>&bull; Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, support performance review cycles and maintain accurate employee records.</div>
<div>&bull; Develop and implement employee engagement and welfare initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.</div>
<div>&bull; Serve as the primary contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Ensure compliance with HR best practices and local Labor regulations</div>
<div>&bull; Coordinate closely with international HR Team.</div>
<div>&bull; Provide HR insights and recommendations to the leadership.</div>
<div>&bull; Oversee day-to-day office operations and keep the workspace running smoothly.</div>
<div>&bull; Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility needs.</div>
<div>&bull; Plan team gatherings, offsites, and company events in collaboration with leadership.</div>

Requirements:</p>

</p><div>&bull; U.S. Citizen (mandatory, due to the defense industry).</div>
<div>&bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.</div>
<div>&bull; 2-4 years of proven experience in Human Resources and Recruitment, office management, or people operations (startup experience is a plus)</div>
<div>&bull; In-depth knowledge of HR compliance, employment law, and benefits administration.</div>
<div>&bull; Demonstrated ability to handle both strategic HR initiatives and hands-on execution.</div>
<div>&bull; Organized, proactive, and resourceful &mdash; able to juggle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.</div>
<div>&bull; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for people and culture</div>
<div>&bull; Multitasking and comfortable working in a fast -paced&rsquo; growing environment.</div>
