Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive graphic designer who has an appreciation of art to support a wide range of art consulting projects and help bring creative concepts to life. This role will assist in providing creative production support.Key Responsibilities1. Creative &amp; Graphics Support<ul><li>Assist in developing visual concepts for art installations and presentations</li><li>Collaborate with freelance graphic designers to produce decks, mood boards, and creative assets</li><li>Ability to create graphic design images from Adobe Photoshop or other software for inclusion into proposals and project maps.</li><li>Translate ideas into creative briefs and visual direction</li><li>Maintain brand consistency across creative materials</li></ul>2. Project Management &ndash; Art Consulting &amp; Installations<ul><li>Work with art curator to meet demands of projects involving artists, vendors, venues, and partners</li><li>Ensure projects move from concept to execution smoothly</li></ul>3. Executive &amp; Opportunity Support<ul><li>Help prioritize projects and protect leadership time</li><li>Support scheduling deadlines for site visits, installations, and events</li></ul>Ideal Candidate<ul><li>Strong project management and organizational skills</li><li>Creative mindset with appreciation for art and design</li><li>Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely</li><li>Excellent communication and follow-through</li><li>Experience in art curation, creative production, or design preferred</li></ul>30-Day Probationary PeriodDuring the first 30 days, the contractor will be evaluated based on:<ul><li>Communication and responsiveness</li><li>Ability to manage projects and deadlines</li><li>Quality of creative and operational support</li><li>Overall collaboration and alignment</li></ul>NOTE: Continuation beyond 30 days will be based on performance and mutual fit.Compensation &amp; Structure<ul><li>$20-$25/hr. (approx. 15-20 hours per week) - final compensation commensurate with experience and mutual vibration</li><li>Contract (1099)</li><li>Remote position</li><li>Part-time to start, with potential to expand</li><li>Hourly or project-based (based on experience)</li></ul>Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourWork Location: Remote
