<div>Edcor is seeking additional Call Center Agents (no sales) to join our inbound call center in Troy, MI. We have full (40 hours) and &ldquo;you pick your shift&rdquo; part time (20 hours) positions available. Summary:

Call Center Agents are the front line for our customers and the face of Edcor. No selling involved. We answer simple service and claims questions about human resource benefits. 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned)
<ul>
<li>Receives inbound calls from Edcor&rsquo;s customers regarding their tuition assistance applications, reimbursement requests, and other program related questions.</li>
<li>Uses dual monitors, policy reference and claims reference tools to provide accurate and consistent information.</li>
<li>Maintains contact center database by entering call log notes and important call information.</li>
<li>Ability to meet or exceed expectations of job performance which includes call monitors, Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and Service Level Agreements (SLA).</li></ul>

Job Requirements:
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>1-4 years of customer service experience, preferably within a call center environment.</li>
<li>Basic Computer knowledge (Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Internet Explorer, etc.)</li>
<li>Ability to remain flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul> 


Pay / Location:

<li>$15/hour + quarterly quality bonus, depending on experience</li>
