 We are seeking a Legal Counsel to strengthen our Legal Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who thrives on providing hands-on legal support in a dynamic environment and wants to contribute to meaningful business initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the Legal &amp; Compliance Manager, Group legal and compliance teams, and cross-functional departments.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 THE REQUIRED VIBE
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s in law (Admitted to a Bar Association in T&uuml;rkiye).
 </li>
 <li>
 5+ years of legal experience, ideally in contracts within a corporate legal department and/or law firm.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in providing legal guidance to business teams within the scope of day-to-day operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to communicate legal concepts clearly and translate them into practical business recommendations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English and Turkish.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical thinking, prioritization, and problem-solving mindset; able to respond pragmatically to urgent matters.
 </li>
 <li>
 High ethical standards, accountability, and professional integrity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build trusted cross-functional relationships.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus:
 </li>
 <li>
 Data protection &amp; GDPR
 </li>
 <li>
 Compliance &amp; ethical governance frameworks (anti-bribery, competition law, whistle blowing procedures, corporate governance policies)
 </li>

 Providing clear, solution-oriented legal advice to internal teams on contracts, compliance, and regulatory matters.

 Drafting, revising, and negotiating a wide variety of contracts, including commercial, procurement, technology, and licensing agreements.

 Supporting coordination with external counsels when necessary and ensuring timely reporting to the Legal &amp; Compliance Manager.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring legislative updates and assessing their impact on business operations.

 Supporting the roll out and execution of Group compliance programs locally.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contributing to the localization of policies, procedures, and internal governance documents.
 </li>
 <li>
 Working closely with cross-functional teams on contract management, compliance risk assessments, and ethical governance matters.
 </li>
