<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Recruiting &amp; Onboarding</b></h3>
<ul><li>Manage and support full‑cycle recruitment efforts across all departments, from initial sourcing through onboarding.</li>
<li>Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs, define role requirements, and ensure a smooth and consistent hiring experience.</li>
<li>Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs by leading proactive sourcing through LinkedIn.</li>
<li>Partner with recruiting platforms to ensure inclusive hiring practices and maximize candidate reach.</li>
<li>Ensure all job postings comply with applicable pay transparency, EEO, and local/state employment requirements.</li>
<li>Conduct and complete compensation and benefits surveys to support competitive, market‑aligned hiring practices.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Internship Recruiting</b></h3>
<ul><li>Coordinate the end‑to‑end internship recruiting cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.</li>
<li>Coordinate internship program and conversion efforts.</li>
<li>Track and maintain the intern pipeline.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Employee Engagement</b></h3>
<ul><li>Oversee logistics and execution of the annual new hire event, including travel planning, speaker coordination, agenda development and welcome reception planning.</li>
<li>Deliver orientation sessions and ensure all new hires are properly onboarded with technology, resources, and buddy assignments.</li>
<li>Send onboarding information to hiring managers with tailored guidance and resources.</li>
<li>Serve as a visible champion of culture efforts by driving initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, belonging, and alignment with company values.</li>
<li>Partner closely with hiring managers to create a positive onboarding experience that supports long‑term employee success.</li>
<li>Support efforts around employee communications, ensuring content is accurate, timely, and visually engaging; collaborate with teams to post relevant employee communications.</li>
<li>Coordinate gifts for employee work anniversaries.</li>
<li>Support planning and execution of firm‑wide initiatives.</li>

</p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.</li>
<li>5-7 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or employee engagement, with a strong emphasis on proactive sourcing and relationship‑based hiring.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience managing full‑cycle recruiting across multiple roles and departments, from sourcing through onboarding.</li>
<li>Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners to support hiring and employer brand objectives.</li>
<li>Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms to build diverse, long‑term talent pipelines.</li>
<li>Experience promoting employer brand through candidate engagement, internship programs, campus outreach, and internal or external communications.</li>
<li>Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies; ability to manage job postings and candidate workflows efficiently.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the firm professionally to candidates and external audiences.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to balance multiple recruiting and engagement initiatives simultaneously.</li>
<li>Knowledge of hiring practices, EEO requirements, and pay transparency regulations.</li>
<li>High attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential candidate and employee information.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute as a collaborative member of a people‑focused team.</li></ul></div><p></p>
