Position: Application Officer Job Status: Full Time Department: Application Department Location: Karachi (Gulshan-e-Iqbal)<ul><li>Coordinate with the students and keep proper follow-ups through calls and emails</li><li>Online submission of an accurate application to partner universities i.e., UK, USA, Canada, etc.</li><li>File applications and student documents in digital records and update application status accordingly.</li><li>Assist students with completing forms and documents and informs them of pertinent procedures and requirements starting from the period of university application to visa application submission.</li><li>Check various forms for accuracies such as curriculum changes, visa policy changes, and fee schedule changes, and update accordingly.</li><li>Retrieve student documents as requested by counselors and students.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all student interactions.</li><li>Responsible for understanding and interpreting the University's policies and academic options for degree programs to help facilitate students.</li></ul>Knowledge And Skills<ul><li>Knowledge of university and college curriculum requirements</li><li>Office Management</li><li>Microsoft Office</li><li>Hands-on experience in working with electronic student record</li><li>Communication Skills</li><li>Interpersonal Skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
