The Techniucal Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, pipelining candidates and filling positions (Technical and Professional Services Candidates) at Edgewater Federal Solutions. The desired candidate must possess the capabilities and experience to support all areas of recruiting and recruiting compliance and be able to operate in a team environment with all other corporate areas of the company.</p>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Responsible for finding talented, qualified IT and Professional Services professionals for current and future positions at Edgewater Federal Solutions.</li><li>
Provide sourcing, searching, and screening candidate resumes, and interviewing candidates.</li><li>
Appropriately disposition candidates in the compliance recruiting system.
</li><li>Responsible for expanding the company&rsquo;s talent pipeline.</li><li>
The Recruiter will also provide support in other Corporate Areas as necessary, such as Human Resources and Business Development/Marketing.</li><li>
Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.</li><li>
Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.</li><li>
Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.</li><li>
Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.</li><li>
Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.</li><li>
Schedules interviews, oversees preparation of interview questions, and other hiring and selection materials.</li><li>
Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.</li><li>
Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other Human Resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.</li><li>
Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in human resources or related field, in lieu of a degree an additional 4 years of technical recruiting experience.</li><li>
2-4 years of Recruiting experience.</li><li>
Experience working in a metrics driven environment (e., tracking of phone calls, interviews, and successful placements).</li><li>
Experience working with an applicant tracking
</li><li>Ability to screen job candidates to ensure that they meet the requirements for the position to be filled.</li><li>
Experience conducting phone and in-person interviews.</li><li>
Experience using proactive sourcing methods, including cold calling, networking, Internet sourcing,
</li><li>Ability to maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers and job candidates.</li><li>
Ability to compose, review, and clarify job descriptions and skills required for positions to be filled.</li><li>
Ability to establish and maintain a social media and/or network presence to market job openings and career opportunities.</li><li>
Ability to maintain constant contact with job candidates and provide them appropriate feedback.</li><li>
Ability to provide weekly recruiting updates to Senior Management
</li><li>Commitment to staying apprised of the latest recruitment trends and most competitive practices and techniques that Edgewater Federal Solutions can use to fill positions.</li></ul><div><b>
Preferred</b><b>:</b></div><ul><li>
Working knowledge and familiarity of employment law and compliance requirements with the ability to implement and advise.</li><li>
OFCCP audit experience.</li><li>
Experience recruiting cleared DOD and DOE .</li><li>
Experience in IT and Professional Services professionals for government contracts to include highly technical roles such as developers, cyber security specialists, help desk analysts, engineers, and business analysts in both unclassified and classified environments.</li></ul><div><b>

Technical Recruiter

The Scrum Master serves as a servant leader for the CRAFT team, guiding Agile delivery practices to support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of an examiner workflow tool. This role facilitates Scrum ceremonies, promotes backlog hygiene, removes impediments, and coaches the team, Product Owners, and stakeholders to embrace Agile principles while supporting delivery in an AWS cloud environment.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Serve as Scrum Master for the CRAFT team, facilitating Agile best practices and supporting successful delivery of the examiner workflow tool.</li><li>
Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.</li><li>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Computing Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.</li><li>
Minimum 10 years of experience leading projects or key business initiatives.</li><li>
2 years of IT portfolio and customer relationship management experience.</li><li>
At least one of the following certifications or equivalent: PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to engage and coach product teams on self-organization and continuous improvement.</li><li>
Experience working closely with Product Owners to scope and plan current and future work.</li><li>

Scrum Master

Edgewater Federal Solutions is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to support a major national laboratory onsite in Albuquerque, NM.</div><div></div><div><br>
The succesful candidate will play a crucial role in managing Agile development processes, including Scrum and Kanban product development implementations. The position requires close collaboration with the Product Owner and Development team to develop and prioritize the backlog enabling the team to deliver agreed upon outcomes. The Scrum Master is responsible for resolving impediments, facilitating key Agile events, and fostering a safe and trusting team environment. Operating in a hybrid Agile environment, the Scrum Master must adapt Agile practices to align with non-Agile dependencies (e.g., external partners, reporting requirements, etc.) while adhering to established enterprise processes and governance.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Ensure the team effectively implements Agile practices</li><li>
Foster a safe and trusting team environment that encourages self-organization and impediment resolution</li><li>

Qualifications:

Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy Q security clearance.</li><li>
Ability to work onsite in Albuquerque, NM.</li><li>
Must be a U.S. Citizen.</li></ul><div>
Required Skills:</div><ul><li>
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent (e.g., Scaled Agile Framework Scrum Master Certification).</li><li>
