Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, focusing on promoting comfort, dignity, and independence</li><li>
Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting</li><li>
Monitor vital signs, track progress, and report changes to the team</li><li>
