Job Description &ndash; AVP - OperationsRole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and strategic AVP &ndash; Operations to lead Edgistify&rsquo;s multi-client warehousing operations across regions. The role requires strong operational leadership, process excellence expertise, client management capability, and the ability to scale high-performing teams. The AVP will oversee P&amp;L, governance, audit mechanisms, manpower, SLAs, and transitions for all assigned accounts.Candidate Profile&#9679; 8+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics, supply chain, or 3PL operations.&#9679; Experience managing multi-client or regional/national operations.&#9679; Strong understanding of inbound, outbound, inventory management, audits, cycle counts, warehouselayouts, and productivity optimization.&#9679; Ability to build and lead large teams across multiple locations.&#9679; Strong stakeholder management experience with Founders/CXOs/Ops Heads.&#9679; Data-driven mindset with hands-on exposure to WMS, MIS dashboards, Power BI/Excel.&#9679; MBA or Graduate in Supply Chain/Operations is preferred.Key Responsibilities1. Operations Leadership&#9679; Lead and manage end-to-end operations across multiple client warehouses and regions.&#9679; Drive P&amp;L management, cost control, capacity utilization, and productivity metrics.&#9679; Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly operations governance across all accounts.2. Client Management &amp; Relationship Building&#9679; Ensure adherence to all client SLAs, TATs, accuracy levels, and contractual KPIs.&#9679; Conduct structured review cycles &ndash; Daily standups, Weekly Reviews, MBR/QBR.&#9679; Manage escalations, solution design, and operational firefighting.3. Process Excellence &amp; Continuous Improvement&#9679; Identify operational gaps and drive process optimization via Lean, Kaizen, RCA.&#9679; Drive SOP creation, compliance audits, process mapping, and workflow improvement.&#9679; Implement systems like EdgeOS/WMS enhancements across warehouses.4. Implementation &amp; Transition Management&#9679; Lead onboarding and transition of new client accounts (0&ndash;30&ndash;60&ndash;90 days framework).&#9679; Develop layouts, manpower models, stock audit plans, and operational blueprints.&#9679; Create structured stabilization plans and ensure seamless handover to BAU operations.5. Team Leadership &amp; Capability Building&#9679; Manage Regional Operations Managers, Warehouse Managers, KAMs, and cross-functional teams.&#9679; Build capability through training, feedback loops, and performance management.&#9679; Foster a culture of high performance, ownership, discipline, and compliance.6. Job Summary: The Senior Supervisor &ndash; Warehouse will oversee and manage day-to-day operations for multiple clients at the warehouse. The role requires expertise in warehousing processes, including inventory management, inward and outward operations, cycle counts, audits, vendor coordination, and client relationship management.Key Responsibilities: 1. Operations Management: &#9675; Supervise inward, outward, and inventory processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.&#9675; Implement and monitor daily cycle counts and monthly stock audits to maintaininventory accuracy.&#9675; Oversee loading/unloading operations and ensure goods are placed in designatedstorage areas.2. Last-Mile Operations Coordination:&#9675; Manage last-mile delivery operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goodsto clients' end locations.&#9675; Coordinate with delivery partners and teams to resolve last-mile challenges andoptimize routes.&#9675; Monitor last-mile performance metrics, identifying gaps and implementingimprovements.3. Client Management:&#9675; Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple clients, addressing their operationalneeds and queries.&#9675; Maintain high service standards, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution.4. Inventory &amp; Reporting: &#9675; Manage and track inventory levels, reconciling discrepancies during audits.&#9675; Prepare and present MIS reports detailing warehouse performance, inventory status,and client-specific KPIs.5. Vendor Management: &#9675; Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for smooth operations, ensuring timelydelivery and service compliance.&#9675; Evaluate vendor performance and recommend improvements as necessary.6. Compliance &amp; Safety: &#9675; Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety protocols, and warehouse best practices.&#9675; Conduct periodic checks to maintain hygiene and compliance across operations.7.
