 , and a proven ability to lead teams and close complex, high-value deals.
 
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing
 
 
 
 Enterprise &amp; Strategic Accounts
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Own and grow key enterprise and government accounts across Qatar.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build trusted C-level relationships with customers and stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive new business while expanding existing accounts.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Complex Deal Ownership
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Personally lead large, multi-solution opportunities from strategy to close.
 </li>
 <li>
 Sell end-to-end solutions including:
 </li>
 <li>
 IT infrastructure &amp; data centre solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Cloud &amp; hybrid cloud platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Cybersecurity &amp; risk solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Digital workplace &amp; networking
 </li>
 <li>
 Managed services &amp; professional services
 </li>
 <li>
 Align customer expectations with delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Market Intelligence &amp; Growth
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Track market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Use insights to refine sales strategies and improve win rates.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Collaboration &amp; Governance
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Work closely with technical, delivery, operations, and partner teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and adherence to internal processes.

 What We&rsquo;re Looking For

 Proven success in a
 
 sales leadership role within an IT systems integrator or technology services provider
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong enterprise IT sales background (solutions + services).
 </li>
 <li>
 Track record of delivering and exceeding revenue and KPI targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to closing deals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Commercially sharp and data-driven.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA a plus).
 </li>
 <li>
