Job Overview This is a NON-PAID internship. Edit Co. Media Boutique is a relationship first creator partnership boutique. We emphasize building creator- brand partnerships that last over one-off influencer campaigns. We are looking for motivated self-starters who are not afraid to contribute to the conversation, have strong self-discipline, are comfortable in front of a camera, and are ready to dive in head first! These are all 4 month opportunities. EXECUTIVE OPERATIONS INTERN Job Duties <ul><li>Work 5-7 hours weekly</li><li>Support the Founder's day-to-day operational needs and strategic priorities</li><li>Ensure internal processes and projects are running smoothly and on schedule</li><li>Coordinate across team members to maintain alignment</li><li>Assist with research, reporting, and preparation for meetings or initiatives</li><li>Proactively identify gaps or inefficiencies and help implement solutions</li><li>Support the team where needed</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications <ul><li>Pursuing or recently completed a degree in management, business, or related discipline</li><li>Ability to work asynchronously across time zones</li><li>Strong and proactive communicator</li><li>Comfortable appearing on camera for social media content</li><li>Ability to work in a face-paced start up environment</li><li>Organizational/time management skillfulness</li></ul>COMMUNITY AND SOCIAL MEDIA INTERNJob Duties <ul><li>Work 5-7 hours weekly</li><li>Manage and maintain three company social media platforms, including scheduling, posting, and engagement</li><li>Develop and oversee the content calendar to ensure consistent and strategic content execution Draft newsletters and email communications</li><li>Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and growth Support additional marketing and community communications as needed</li><li>Support the team where needed</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications <ul><li>Pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, psychology, business, or related discipline</li><li>Comfortable appearing on camera for social media content</li><li>Knowledge and familiarity of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook (including trends)</li><li>Ability to create engaging brand-friendly social media content</li><li>Ability to work asynchronously across time zones</li><li>Strong and proactive communicator</li><li>Ability to work in a face-paced start up environment</li><li>Organizational/time management skillfulness</li></ul>RELATIONSHIP MANAGER INTERNJob Duties <ul><li>Work 5-7 hours weekly</li><li>Support the coordination and execution of brand collaborations and creator partnerships Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners</li><li>Serve as a communication point to ensure alignment, satisfaction, and smooth collaboration Assist in developing light marketing graphics and materials as needed</li><li>Track collaboration timelines, deliverables, and relationship touchpoints to ensure seamless execution Support the team where needed</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications <ul><li>Pursuing or recently completed a business degree or related discipline</li><li>Ability to work asynchronously across time zones</li><li>Strong and proactive communicator</li><li>Comfortable appearing on camera for social media content</li><li>Ability to work in a face-paced start up environment</li><li>Organizational/time management skillfulness</li></ul>Pay: From $1.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
