 Roles and Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 &bull; Design and develop scalable test automation frameworks that guarantee the quality of our web,
 
 
 mobile, and API applications.
 
 
 &bull; Collaborate with product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to understand requirements
 
 
 and build test strategies that reflect our commitment to delivering a world-class product.
 
 
 &bull; Identify, report, and track defects to resolution, ensuring that our platform is bug-free and performs
 
 
 seamlessly for all users.
 
 
 &bull; Actively participate in code reviews and quality checks, helping to maintain our high standards and
 
 
 support the development of the team.
 
 
 &bull; Champion continuous integration and automation testing as integral parts of the development
 
 
 process.
 
 
 &bull; Mentor and support junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
 
 
 &bull; Contribute to performance and load testing to ensure system stability at scale as we continue to grow and serve more users.
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Functional testing of ReactJS Components, UI/UX testing (including responsiveness) &amp; Cross-browser
 
 
 testing (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
 
 
 &bull; Proficiency in ReactJs, with experience using testing tools such as Selenium, Jest, React Testing
 
 
 Library, Cypress, Puppeteer, Appium &amp; Espresso.
 
 
 &bull; Familiar with tools like Jira for managing test cases, test execution, and bug reporting
 
 
 &bull; Expertise in building and maintaining test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and APIs.
 
 
 &bull; Hands-on experience with continuous integration pipelines and testing strategies that ensure
 
 
 seamless deployments.
 
 
 &bull; Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and solving system issues.
 
 
 &bull; A team player with strong communication skills, who thrives in an Agile, cross-functional
 
 
 environment.
 
 
 &bull; A passion for delivering high-quality, secure, and performant software solutions.
 
 
 &bull; A background in insurance technology is mandatory.
 
 
 &bull; Having Insurance domain knowledge like Quote management, Policy Setup, Enrolment/Endorsement
 
 
 Drive, Employee Benefits, Policy Administration and Retail Policy setup is a plus.
