The role involves consultative solution selling of lab setups, robotics and AI training platforms, and academic research systems.Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Lead the full institutional sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with university leadership, deans, department heads, and procurement teams.</li><li>Identify tender opportunities and manage RFP/RFQ submissions.</li><li>Develop comprehensive technical and commercial proposals in coordination with internal technical teams.</li><li>Deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations to academic stakeholders.</li><li>Represent EdNex at educational exhibitions, conferences, and government briefings.</li><li>Maintain accurate pipeline reporting through CRM systems.</li><li>Coordinate with finance and operations for smooth order execution and project delivery.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience <ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field).</li><li>6&ndash;10 years of experience in institutional or higher education sales.</li><li>Strong exposure to educational lab solutions, robotics training platforms, AI/IoT systems, or engineering education equipment.</li><li>Experience handling government tenders and large institutional procurement cycles.</li><li>Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Valid UAE Driving License preferred.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; BenefitsMarket-competitive salary, commissions, visa, medical insurance, annual leave, performance bonus.Job Type: Full-time
