The role focuses on leasing and selling ready properties in Dubai&rsquo;s competitive real estate market. The ideal candidate will support clients with their property requirements, conduct market research, and manage leasing and sales transactions efficiently.Why EDRAJ PROPERTIES<ul><li>Commission-based compensation or basic salary (as agreed)</li><li>High earning potential based on performance</li><li>Qualified leads with full in-house marketing support</li><li>Unlimited property listings</li><li>Dedicated in-house videographer and photographer</li><li>Full office workspace and CRM system access</li><li>Fast-track career growth in a supportive and high-performance environment</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, landlords, and tenants</li><li>Understand client requirements and provide tailored secondary market property solutions</li><li>Schedule and conduct property viewings for ready properties</li><li>Handle negotiations between landlords and tenants or buyers</li><li>Stay updated on secondary market trends, pricing, and competitor activities</li><li>Accurately match client requirements with available residential and commercial properties</li><li>Assist in leasing and selling secondary market properties</li><li>Ensure all contracts, paperwork, and legal documentation are complete and compliant</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate experience (Secondary Market &ndash; Residential &amp; Commercial) and Off plan .</li><li>Brokerage company experience is highly preferred</li><li>Strong knowledge of Dubai property laws, regulations, and market practices</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills</li><li>Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)</li><li>Proficient in real estate CRM systems and online marketing platforms</li><li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets</li><li>Available to start immediately</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
