If you are highly organized, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and love helping people, we&rsquo;d love for you to join our team.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Welcome and check in patients with a warm and professional demeanor</li><li>Schedule and confirm appointments via phone, email, and text</li><li>Maintain accurate patient records (scanning, faxing, data entry)</li><li>Perform pre-tests using NCT, AR, OCT, and OPTOS equipment before eye exams</li><li>Verify insurance coverage (Eyemed, Davis, Spectera) and explain benefits to patients</li><li>Ensure smooth front-office operations and provide a seamless patient experience</li><li>Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive and efficient work environment</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Customer service experience (preferably in an optometry or optical setting)</li><li>Strong time management and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and stay efficient in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Perks &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>One free eye exam per year</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>8-hour shifts</li><li>Weekday and weekend availability required</li><li>Holidays as needed</li><li>Open and flexible availability based on clinic needs</li></ul>Apply Now!Pay: From $16.00 per hourWork Location: In person
