Location: Cleveland Hopkins International Airport

Your general responsibilities include but are not limited to:
<ul>
<li>Transports vehicles safely within the airport to various service areas.</li>
<li>Drive and deliver vehicles locally or out of the area as needed, following all rules of the road.</li>
<li>Ride with or follow another driver to drop off vehicle(s) or pick up multiple vehicles.</li>
<li>Follow all company safety policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Assist in receiving new vehicles, and move and arrange vehicles to optimize space and ensure the orderliness of the vehicle lot.</li>
<li>Park vehicles in assigned areas check them for damage, and lists and store keys.</li>
<li>May need to communicate via cellular phone.</li>
<li>Maintain courteous and professional behavior &amp; appearance.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:

<li>Valid driver's license.</li>
<li>Must be at least 21 years of age or older.</li>
<li>Clean Driving Record in the past 3 years.</li>

CLE Airport- Rental Car Driver

Location: Philadelphia International Airport

Pay: $17.00 hourly / weekly pay

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>You will be responsible for monitoring all employees scheduled to work on your shift.</li>
<li>Make sure employees are being productive while at work</li>
<li>Making sure employees are following safety protocols</li>
<li>Ensure productivity standards and benchmarks are met in the assigned location.</li>
<li>Complete required paperwork related to productivity standards.</li>
<li>Coach and mentor new employees.</li>
<li>Carry out tasks a directed.</li>
<li>Cover driver/transporters when needed to fulfill customer needs.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:

Car Rental Supervisor

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

<li>Provide world-class customer service by managing the rental (and occasionally return) process, in compliance with policies and procedures.</li>

<li>Own each customer&rsquo;s service experience by immediately owning and resolving issues.</li>

<li>Utilize company-approved sales and service techniques when determining customer wants and needs.</li>

<li>Prepare all rental and return documents accurately and completely.</li>
<li>Qualify each customer using our company rental requirement guidelines.</li>
<li>Provide customers assistance with directions, maps, local area information, appropriate service information, etc.</li>
<li>Review rental parameters with all customers to ensure a complete understanding of our rates and service charges.</li>
<li>Ensure that the return date and time on the rental agreement is accurate.</li>
<li>Review all charges at the time of vehicle return.</li>
<li>Prepare the Rental Agreement Folder with all required information.</li>
<li>Answer the phones to assist customers in a friendly, helpful and prompt manner.</li>
<li>Assist customers by effectively resolving all customer service issues.</li>
<li>Assist and coordinate customers within the queue to minimize any wait time and promote the most efficient service method as required.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:

<li>Must be 21 years of age or older</li>
<li>Excellent Customer Service skills with prior experience</li>
<li>Have a driver's license</li>
<li>Clean Driving Record in the past three years</li>
</ul>

Pay Rate: $17.50/hr (Weekly Pay)

Shifts:

<li>Wednesday-Sunday 10am-6:30pm</li>
<li>Tuesday-Sunday 11am-7:30pm</li>

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Clean and sanitize vehicle interior.</li>
<li>Vacuum and prepare vehicle interior.</li>
<li>Check fuel level and warning lights: inspect windshield for damage; factory reset/restore vehicle setting to clear prior customer data; check for customer items and place anything of value in Lost &amp; Found.</li>
<li>Check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; inspect vehicle exterior for damage.</li>
<li>Fuel and stage vehicle.</li>
<li>Inspect the vehicle for any safety concerns; report any warning lights and/or vehicle/windshield/tire damage; pull the vehicle out of the prep processing as necessary.</li>
<li>Maintains a clean and orderly work area and reports any unsafe or hazardous conditions.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Must be at least 21 years old.</li>
<li>Must have a valid driver's license.</li>
<li>Clean Driving Record for the past 3 years.</li>
<li>Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.</li>
