We are looking for a passionate Student Counselor who can mentor, support, and inspire students as they take their next big step.We&rsquo;re looking for dynamic professionals who can blend sales expertise with great communication to successfully guide leads into admissions.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Interact with students in a supportive and friendly manner, helping them with academic, personal, and career-related queries.</li><li>Guide students in setting clear goals and creating actionable plans to achieve them.</li><li>Provide assistance with admission processes, application preparation, and entrance tests.</li><li>Offer career counseling sessions tailored to students&rsquo; skills, interests, and aspirations.</li><li>Resolve conflicts between students, parents, and teachers while keeping student growth as the priority.</li><li>Conduct one-on-one counseling to strengthen decision-making and confidence.</li><li>Share resources and information about courses, careers, and opportunities abroad</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>2-4 years of experience in counseling, preferably in an educational setting.</li><li>Strong knowledge of admissions, placements, and career development processes.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills &ndash; with the ability to truly connect with students.</li><li>Patient, empathetic, and approachable personality.</li><li>Good problem-solving and mediation abilities.</li><li>An eye for understanding student behavior and needs.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Looking for candidates with 2-4 years of experience in the relevant field</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Incentives are provided based on the performance (10-15k per month)Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Academic counseling: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
