Position Overview:The Event Alliance Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and nurturing sponsorship relationships to support EduSkills&rsquo; flagship events and initiatives. This role involves identifying potential sponsors, designing sponsorship proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring sponsors receive maximum value and visibility before, during, and after events.Key Responsibilities: 1. Sponsorship Strategy &amp; Planning<ul><li>Develop and execute a comprehensive sponsorship strategy aligned with event objectives and organizational vision.</li><li>Identify and map potential sponsors across corporate, government, and academic sectors.</li><li>Create customized sponsorship packages and partnership decks highlighting value propositions.</li></ul>2. Sponsor Acquisition &amp; Relationship Management<ul><li>Proactively reach out to potential sponsors and partners through calls, meetings, and networking events.</li><li>Build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key decision-makers and corporate partners.</li><li>Manage all sponsorship communications, ensuring timely updates, deliverables, and acknowledgments.</li></ul>3. Event Execution &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Collaborate with the events and marketing teams to deliver on sponsorship commitments (branding, speaking slots, visibility, etc.).</li><li>Coordinate sponsor participation during event setup, execution, and post-event activities.</li><li>Ensure all sponsor-related branding materials and benefits are executed flawlessly.</li></ul>4. Reporting &amp; Post-Event Engagement<ul><li>Maintain sponsorship databases, proposals, and documentation.</li><li>Prepare sponsorship reports and ROI summaries post-event.</li><li>Explore opportunities for annual or recurring sponsorship agreements.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.</li><li>Experience in sponsorship management, corporate partnerships, or business development (preferably in events, media, or education sector).</li><li>Proven record of closing sponsorship deals and managing key accounts.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management ability.</li><li>Strategic thinker with creative approach to partnership development.</li><li>High energy, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and proposal development.</li></ul>Why Join Us:<ul><li>Opportunity to work with national-level summits, conferences, and industry collaborations.</li><li>Engage with top corporate partners, industry leaders, and government bodies.</li><li>Be part of a mission-driven organization contributing to &ldquo;Skilled India for Vikshit Bharat.&rdquo;</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;300,000.00 - &#8377;500,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
