&sect; Actively promote and sell residential, commercial, and off-plan properties developed by the company.&sect; Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.&sect; Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, and digital platforms.&sect; Ensure that lead generation campaigns by marketing team are successfully well utilized and converted to sales.&sect; Regularly Visit the brokerage offices to understand their needs and brief them on the company projects.&sect; Maintain a cordial relationship with brokers, brokerage firms and agents to brief them on the company and the projects.&sect; Coordinate and liaise with the clients and finance department to ensure timely payment collections.&sect; Conduct property viewings and presentations for prospective buyers.&sect; Provide clients with detailed information on property features, prices, payment plans, and legal requirements.&sect; Maintain regular communication with clients and support them through the sales process from deal closure till project handover.&sect; In reporting add a point about record keeping on the leads they have been assignedJob Type: Full-timePay: AED9,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>real estate (UAE): 1 year (Required)</li></ul>
