We are seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic, and driven individual who is eager to grow alongside our company.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Recording accounting invoices using TechOne software and processing payments.</li><li>Managing the RTOM student database.</li><li>Handling Accounts Payable &amp; Receivables for various universities.</li><li>Overseeing student invoicing, receivables, receipt recording, and allocation.</li><li>Managing student fee collection through multiple channels such as bank deposits, Ezypay, PayWay, NexPay, ensuring accurate allocation in RTOM.</li><li>Administering student refunds and managing the student refund portal.</li><li>Preparing payment summaries and processing invoices from agents and suppliers.</li><li>Responding to agents via email and managing agent-related transactions, including sending Statements of Account and commission clarifications.</li><li>Managing the commission payment calendar.</li><li>Processing and uploading payments for agents and non-agent vendors (suppliers).</li><li>Preparing weekly bank reconciliations for all college bank accounts.</li><li>Recording and reconciling employee credit card bills.</li><li>Generating MIS reports for receipts, commissions, and other payments for higher authorities.</li><li>Supporting documentation of all college finance processes.</li><li>Assisting management in finalizing various elements of the balance sheet and profit &amp; loss statements.</li></ul>Ideal Candidate Profile:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of financial accounting and components of financial statements to aid finalization.</li><li>Practical experience with TechOne, Xero, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, and RTOM (Meshed Software); candidates with TechOne expertise will be prioritized.</li><li>Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and timely task completion.</li><li>Excellent analytical and advanced Excel skills.</li><li>Experience working in high-volume transaction environments.</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multifunctional teams.</li><li>Ability to clearly explain financial data to university heads.</li><li>A collaborative and supportive team environment.</li><li>An energetic culture that inspires and supports excellence.</li><li>Flexible work arrangements promoting a healthy work/life balance.</li><li>Continuous professional development and growth opportunities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
