Job Description&middot; Identifying Staffing Needs&middot; Co-ordination with concern department for recruitment.&middot; Induction&middot; Managing Employee records after on boarding.&middot; Write Job Descriptions for the needed position&middot; Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media&middot; Participate in candidate sourcing efforts&middot; Assist teams in screening resumes&middot; Conduct initial phone screens&middot; Schedule calls and interviews&middot; Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them when they come in for interviews&middot; Participate in recruiting events&middot; Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processFresher in Human Resource and the end-to-end recruitment cycle.&middot; Proficient in MS-Office&middot; Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle&middot; Strong and Excellent communication and interpersonal skills&middot; Problem-solving aptitude&middot; Critical-thinking skills / Good Decision-making skills&middot; Conducts routine assessment of the firm&rsquo;s employment needsJob Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship Contract length: 3 monthsPay: &#8377;5,000.00 - &#8377;8,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
