The trainer should be capable of teaching students/beginners as well as working professionals, preparing training materials, assessing learner performance, and ensuring strong practical understanding through hands-on sessions.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct interactive training sessions on Data Engineering technologies (online/offline).</li><li>Design, develop, and update training curriculum, lesson plans, and training materials.</li><li>Teach core concepts such as data warehousing, ETL pipelines, databases, and big data systems.</li><li>Provide hands-on training using tools like Python, SQL,</li><li>Guide learners in real-time projects, assignments, and case studies.</li><li>Assess learner performance through tests, quizzes, and project evaluations.</li><li>Offer one-on-one mentoring and support to help learners understand difficult topics.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Data Engineering.</li><li>Coordinate with academic and management teams for smooth training operations.</li><li>Prepare reports on training progress and student performance.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
