 Desired Skills:

 2+ years of experience in managing multiple hierarchy teams of 10+ employees (experience in managing multi geography teams is a plus) in account management/online advertisement sales or sales operations

 Experience in starting and scaling large high performance teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Total 5+ years of experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in ecommerce and consumer internet industries is highly desirable

This role requires a strategic leader with strong ownership of revenue generation, business expansion, and operational excellence across key functions including New Lead Business, Account Management, and Business Operations.   Lead, manage, and scale revenue across multiple Business Units.
 
 
  Own and drive growth strategy, revenue planning, and sales execution.

 Knowledge, Skill and Experience for the Role
 
 
 
  10-15 years of experience in B2C/ Direct/ Inside sales with minimum 7-8 years of team leadership experience in sales. Edtech experience is an added advantage.
 
 
  Strong people leadership, influence and decision making skills
 
 
  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and resourceful in achieving success in the face of ambiguity while prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities
 
 
  Solution oriented, data driven, learning mindset
 
 
  Ability to Pilot &amp; Implementation of new strategic initiatives
