Rolling Hills Healthcare Healthcare is currently searching for a Nursing Scheduler to join our team!
Schedule: Monday - Friday, on-call weekends
Scheduler Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Schedule nursing staff in coordination with Director of Nursing or designee to meet the needs of the patients and facility.</li><li>
Communicate the staffing schedule to staff on a timely basis.</li><li>
Fill any vacant shifts through coordination with staff.</li><li>
Ensuring schedules are up to date for Direct Care Staff.</li><li>
Preparing and posting daily assignment sheets.</li><li>
Daily attendance tracking.</li><li>
Other duties as needed.</li></ul>

**Daily Pay Available**
Scheduler Requirements:<ul><li>
Minimum one year experience with scheduling staff, preferably in a medical setting.</li><li>
Long Term Care experience is preferred.</li><li>
Organized, detail-oriented, computer proficiency, and being able to multi-task.</li><li>
Successful completion of a training and competency evaluation program required.</li><li>
Completion of orientation required by company policy.</li><li>
Health screening and TB test (if required) within two weeks of employment.</li><li>
Mandatory drug test within 90 days of hire.</li><li>
Must be free of criminal activity proven by a criminal background check.</li><li>
Become familiar with and comply to all local, state, and federal regulations relating to the job.</li><li>
Show within three (3) days of hire satisfactory evidence of identity and eligibility for employment.</li></ul>

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Staff Accountant to join our finance team. This role is responsible for assisting in the financial operations for Eduro&rsquo;s skilled nursing facilities, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the financial records, and providing timely and insightful financial reporting. This position requires a strong understanding of US GAAP and its application to the monthly financial close. The ideal candidate has prior general ledger experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.

Bank reconciliations</li><li>
Accounting for cash receipts</li><li>
Prepaid amortization</li><li>

Fixed asset roll-forward reports</li><li>
Balance sheet reconciliation preparation</li><li>
Assistance in cost reporting</li><li>
Patient refund tracking</li><li>
Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned.</li></ul> 
Required Qualifications<ul><li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in accounting or finance required</li><li>
At least two years&rsquo; experience in accounting or a related field</li><li>
Strong mathematical and analytical skills</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel</li><li>
Proficient in Sage Intacct</li><li>
Excellent oral and written communication skills</li><li>
Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>
Ability to read and analyze financial reports</li><li>
Strong understanding of US tax regulations</li></ul>
