Job Summary:The Senior Legal Advisor will be responsible for providing strategic legal guidance to management, ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations, and protecting the company&rsquo;s legal interests in both B2B and B2C operations. The role involves reviewing contracts, managing disputes, developing internal policies, and offering expert legal advice across various business functions.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Review, draft, and vet all legal documents, agreements, and contracts related to both business clients (B2B) and individual customers (B2C).</li><li>Develop, update, and implement internal company policies in line with legal and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Handle and resolve disputes between the company and clients, employees, or vendors through negotiation, mediation, or legal proceedings.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local, state, and central laws related to labour, corporate, and commercial regulations.</li><li>Draft MOUs, NDAs, partnership agreements, employee contracts, and other legal correspondence.</li><li>Identify potential legal risks in business operations and propose preventive measures.</li><li>Liaise with external legal counsel, government authorities, and regulatory bodies when required.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
