<div><b>Responsibilities
</b></div><div>The Administrative Assistant will:
</div><div><ul><li>Provide administrative support functions for the Operations Manager
</li><li>Develop knowledge of Mill contract
</li><li>Enter employee hours in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL)
</li><li>Investigate AR and AP issues with operations management, corporate staff, and mill customer
</li><li>Assist with the hiring process and manage the onboarding process
</li><li>Manage and reconcile petty cash and cash sale deposits
</li><li>Develop and maintain spreadsheets to track various forms of information
</li><li>Coordinate activities of onsite office-services vendors
</li><li>Coordinate activity and assist with employment issues (i.e. payroll, benefits)
</li><li>Provide customer service including sales assistance and problem resolution
</li><li>Acts as backup scale clerk
</li>Other duties as assigned by supervisor<br>

<div><b>Skills
</b></div><div>The ideal candidate will have:
</div><div><ul><li>Ability to Lift to 25 lbs.
</li><li>Advanced computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office products
</li><li>Knowledge of basic accounting principles
</li><li>Knowledge of scale operations
</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal format individually and in group settings
</li>High school diploma or equivalent with specialized computer training. Some college preferred<br>
