<p>
Ensure timely and accurately apply of customer invoices, collections, and reconciliation of customers to maintain healthy cash flow and compliance with company policies and also support Travel &amp; Expense claim processing and management.</p><br>

<p><b>
Cash Collection and Allocation</b></p>
<p><b>
Principal accountabilities:</b></p>
<p>
Timely and accurate recording of incoming cash related transactions in relevant ERP. Coordinating the teamwork and driving technical and process improvements. Proactive collection of debt from customers in accordance with agreed payment terms, using appropriate chasing techniques. Reconciliation and maintenance of customer&rsquo;s accounts.</p>
<p>
 <b>Responsibilities -</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Process transactions &ndash; daily recording of incoming cash receipts (3rd party customers and intercompany) into MS Dynamics accurately and on time in accordance with KPI and SLA/OLA</li>
<li>Liaise with customers, risk analyst, customer service to resolve payment queries (missing payments, advanced payments, proforma payments, credit balances, unallocated cash etc.)</li>
<li>Ensure that received queries (including shared email box) are responded, investigated and resolved accurately and in timely and professional manner.</li>
<li>Basic understanding of GST / TDS related concepts</li>
<li>Works closely with other teams in order to continuously develop and improve quality and efficiency of Cash Allocation function.</li>
<li>Ensure 3rd party debtors are proactively chased and pay within agreed payment terms to maintain overdue debt and DSO within agreed target levels.</li>
<li>All CRM activities reviewed and followed daily.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up to date all chase records and interaction with customers in CRM.</li>
<li>Daily review of credit hold list and follow up with customers &ndash; (list of sales orders held due to overdue).</li>
<li>Highlight all customer&rsquo;s disputes and record in MS Dynamics immediately to ensure quick turnaround.</li>
<li>Daily review and follow up on all disputes on assigned customer&rsquo;s accounts.</li>
<li>Daily review and follow up with customers on unallocated payments.</li>
<li>Monitor shared email boxes to make sure all requests are actioned and response provided within agreed time.</li>
<li>Liaise with Credit Risk team to ensure accurate data is maintained and all risks to collections are identified</li></ul><br>

Travel &amp; Expenses Claim Processing</b></p>
<p><b>
Principal accountabilities:</b></p>
<p>
The Travel &amp; Expenses Specialist is responsible for managing and overseeing the company's travel and business expense reimbursement program. This role ensures compliance with internal policies and provides guidance and support to employees.</p>
<p><b>
Responsibilities -</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Expense Reporting: Review and approve expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Manage Travel &amp; Expense (T&amp;E) System: Oversee the administration and maintenance of the T&amp;S system, including user management and audit rules.</li>
<li>Employee Support: Assist employees with travel-related inquiries and expense submissions, providing ongoing education and training on T&amp;E processes and policies.</li>
<li>Credit card administration: Liaise with the company credit card provider for new cards, lost or damaged cards and changing limits.</li>
<li>Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with employees, vendors, and senior leadership regarding travel and expense matters.</li>
<li>Performance Metrics: Meet specified Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).</li>
<li>Additional accounting tasks determined by managers.</li></ul><br>

<p><b>
Requirement &ndash;</b></p>
<ul>
<li>MS Dynamics Knowledge is mandatory</li>
<li>Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance/Accounts</li>
<li>3 to 5 years of experience</li>
<li>Good Communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>MNC/Shared Service Experience preferred</li></ul><br>
