We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented <b>Junior BI Developer</b> to join our Business Intelligence team. The role is focused on supporting and maintaining existing BI solutions, preparation of training materials, managing day-to-day business enquiries, and acting as a first point of contact for BI-related requests. The successful candidate will also take responsibility for shared mailbox management, documentation, and the standardisation of existing reports to ensure consistency, accuracy, and ease of use across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong problem-solving and communication skills who is eager to build their BI expertise in a supportive environment. This is a hands-on role based in India but requiring extensive involvement and collaboration with colleagues across VTBA and the broader Atlas Copco Group.</p><br>

Principal </b><b>accountabilities</b>:</p><br>

<ul><li>Provide support and maintenance for existing BI solutions (reports, dashboards, and data models).</li></ul>
<ul><li>Act as a primary point of contact for business users, handling BI-related enquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Monitor and manage the BI team&rsquo;s shared mailbox, ensuring queries are logged, prioritised, and resolved effectively.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assist in documenting BI processes, reports, and solutions to support knowledge sharing and continuity.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Work on standardising existing reports and dashboards to improve efficiency, consistency, and user experience.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Preparation of training materials</li></ul>
<ul><li>Collaborate with senior team members to escalate and resolve complex issues when required.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Support ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requests.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the BI function.</li></ul></div><br>

Working Experience: Experience in a similar position within a complex multi-national organisation with hands-on front line responsibilities welcome.</p><br>

Essential:</p>

<li>Basic understanding of BI concepts and tools (e.g., Power BI, SSRS, Tableau, or similar).</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office 365 tools.</li>

<li>Exposure to SQL and database concepts.</li>
<li>Experience with shared mailbox or ticket management systems.</li>
<li>Familiarity with data governance, documentation, or reporting standards.</li>

We&rsquo;re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Data Engineer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in building and managing data solutions using Microsoft Azure, SQL, and Power BI, primarily focused on delivering solutions within the finance domian. This role also involves mentoring and supervising a junior Power BI developer, ensuring high-quality dashboard delivery and data visualization standards,as well as continually exploring new technoligies to ensure the team is always using the best practivce and delivery tools. This is a hands-on role based in India but requiring extensive involvement and collaboration with colleagues across VTBA and the broader Atlas Copco Group.</p><br>

<li>Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using Azure Data Factory and related services</li>

<li>Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for various business units</li>
<li>Supervise and guide a junior Power BI developer, ensuring adherence to best practices and timely delivery</li>
