<p>
Specialises in a specific Supply Chain Insights Product area and dispenses the following duties with guidance and support of the Product Manager:</p>
<ul>
<li><p>Partners with key Business stakeholders to shape high-level Business requirements and define valuable Product strategies that are aligned with wider Business goals and priorities, in collaboration with the Product Manager.</p>
</li>
</ul><ul><li><p>Manages the Product team to deliver the Product roadmap, delivering valuable, robust, and secure technology solutions for the Business.</p>
</li>
</ul><ul><li><p>Acts as key interlock to the Business, partnering with key Business stakeholders to translate their needs into high-level Product requirements (e.g., Epics, Features). Priorities and manages the Product backlog.</p>
</li>
</ul><ul><li><p>Responsible for security, compliance, and risk management for their respective Product.</p>
</li>
</ul><ul><li><p>Accountable for overall Product performance (e.g., delivery velocity, escalated issued resolution, Product roadmap realisation).</p>
</li>
</ul><ul><li><p>Acts as an escalation point for the Product teams and Business in relation to Product performance.</p>
</li>
</ul><ul><li><p>Works with the Product Manager and Portfolio function to align Product capacity with relevant Portfolio items.</p>
</li>
</ul><ul><li><p>Supports Solution Architects in shaping cross-Product solutions, ensuring inter-Product dependencies to deliver larger, integrated solutions are properly accounted for within their respective Product.</p>
</li>
</ul><ul><li><p>Develops a continuous improvement culture within the Product team, encouraging the team to make meaningful improvements to overall Product performance.</p>
</li>
</ul><ul><li><p>Advise Business and IS stakeholders on the latest technology developments to inform potential functional opportunities.</p></li></ul><br>

</p><p><b>To succeed, you will need:</b></p><br>
<p></p>
<ul>
<li><p>Comprehensive experience managing IT delivery from requirements elicitation to code deployment, demonstrated by c.3 years relevant industry experience.</p>
</li>
</ul><ul><li><p>Proven track record in defining and executing valuable Product strategies, realising tangible benefits for the Business.</p>
</li>
</ul><ul><li><p>Expertise in supply chain domains (and their associated application stack (e.g., SAP MM, SCM as a minimum) and knowledge of Data Analytics Solutions and SQL.</p>
</li>
</ul><ul><li><p>Evidenced ability to develop and maintain relationships with senior Business stakeholders (VP-1, VP-2), translating their high-level requirements into workable solutions.</p>
</li>
</ul><ul><li><p>Strong ability to convey complex technology ideas to non-conversant audiences.</p>
</li>
</ul><ul><li><p>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for developing Product use cases and determining their associated value.</p>
</li>
</ul><ul><li><p>Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders, aligning on competing priorities and guiding Business teams on the feasibility of requests vs. technology constraints.</p>
</li>
</ul><ul><li><p>Good understanding of Product performance measures and metrics, with evidenced ability to improve overall Product performance (e.g., defect rate, downtime, team productivity, KPI uplift, ROI, impact on P&amp;L).</p>
</li>
</ul><ul><li><p>Knowledgeable in the practical application of Agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum), with demonstrable experience of upskilling teams in Agile.</p></li></ul><br>
