Position SummaryThe Senior Personal Injury Case Manager / Team Lead will lead a team of case managers, manage complex personal injury cases (pre-litigation through settlement), and ensure that clients receive timely, high-quality service. This role combines leadership, case oversight, and hands-on work with clients and attorneys.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee a team of case managers: training, mentoring, workflow monitoring, performance evaluations.</li><li>Manage a portfolio of personal injury cases personally, especially complex or high&#8208;stake ones.</li><li>Guide cases through all phases: intake, medical documentation collection, treatment tracking, demand preparation, settlement negotiations, lien reductions, and final case closure.</li><li>Ensure all deadlines, filings, and documentation are completed accurately and on time.</li><li>Maintain regular communication with clients: updates, questions, treatment progress, expectations.</li><li>Coordinate with attorneys, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and vendors.</li><li>Review demands, letters of protection, medical bills, police reports, medical records.</li><li>Identify process improvements and help implement best practices to improve efficiency, case flow, client satisfaction.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experience: Minimum 6- years of personal injury case management experience in a plaintiff&#8208;side law firm. Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.</li><li>Skills &amp; Knowledge:</li></ul>&#8210; Strong organizational and multitasking skills. &#8210; Excellent written and verbal communication. &#8210; Proficient in legal case management software (Filevine, Needles, or similar) and Microsoft Office. &#8210; Good working knowledge of medical records, lien resolution, insurance industry practices. &#8210; Comfortable managing deadlines, priorities in a fast&#8208;paced environment.<ul><li>Other:</li></ul>&#8210; High attention to detail. &#8210; Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. &#8210; Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus<ul><li>Negotiations Experience </li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
